About This Activity
The Cellular Jail — also known as Kala Pani — is one of India's most poignant historical sites. Each evening, a dramatic sound and light show narrates the stories of freedom fighters who were imprisoned here by the British. The show uses narration, music and theatrical lighting to bring history to life in a way no museum can.
